Yes we played well defensively and stopped Atletico, but 0-0 means we pretty much have to win.As far as the tactics go...I dont understand why Torres started this game. Considering how we played, and the tactic, he is the worst of our strikers for that kind of game. Defending deep, not countering and just hoofing the ball means one thing. DEMBA BA. We can deal with it.We became only the 3rd team to stop Atletico scoring at home this season, have a second leg at home and north London is fuming about our 'anti football' again. So far this season I've only missed four games and we've lost them all (Stoke away, Crystal Palace, Sunderland twice). I will do my best to watch the game but if I can't and we lose it, please don't kill me. Please do your best to at least pretend that you're watching... We need all the help we can get. Glad England don't get Terry anymore, don't fucking deserve him, he's been a monster this season.
