Etoo's game style reminds me Miroslav Klose's. Always wanting a piece of the action, pressing the defence/GK and looking for that typical poacher's finish.

Which is the exact opposite of what's needed.

Mikel gets the ball, takes 5 touches, and then passes it backwards or sideways. Laborious and boring. He offers nothing. He should only be used as a defensive sub when we're up 2-3 goals or in cup games.
