Hazard and willian played very well tonight ... especially hazard ... and i'm happy for ake that he got some minutes today , he has great potentials and me myself seeing him a starter in couple of years

I'm not saying salah is the best player in the world but definitely he deserves to be treated better than this

its simple ... if we don't need him ... just let him go

Lol. Solanke made his debut he deserved it, and Ake is another youngster who needs playing time. Quit being so butthurt.

I'm not even comparing salah to anyone else ... and haven't said that he deserves to be there instead of this or that player ..

i don't know which part you didn't understand in my previous comment but it seems you understands nothing by pushing " ake" & " solanke" names in salah's thread for comparison ...

Long season, everyone is needed, he is not playing for a reason and only Jose knows it.

I assume we trust Jose and his judgement..?

I want Salah to do well however I also think he needs to keep his head down and work hard.

So far, all Mourinho decisions concerning the squad turned out to be right. Lukaku, Mata, de Bruyne all left under criticism but it turned out to be right.

However, I am sure, Salah would have played if Rémy wouldn't have been substituted.

Mo would have a much better shot of playtime had he converted a few of the chances that befell him during some of his outings last season. Had he done so Mourinho would have noticed and in times like these when we have strikers dealing with injuries, if he had shown great finishing it could have landed him a starting position during this stretch and definite minutes as a sub. Sadly the only thing I see him offering over his competition is speed. He still has a use but it goes to show how a few missed chances will keep you in the shadows.

I don't really understand why we're having this debate over Salah's playing time after every single game. He gets his chances, and despite fitting our system (inbefore someone claims this is a Mata or KDB situation...) he doesn't take them; hence he's sitting on the bench. It's not rocket science. When he proves that hes's good enough to get regular playing time Mou will give him a fair chance to prove himself even more on a regular basis. Until then he's a mere squad player and rightly so.

He hasn't played a full game this season. The need for him to make an immediate impact in the world's hardest league, and the CL ain't easy.

When he finally gets the chance to play an entire game, he might be able to take a chance or two.

As far as I know he has half a season at Chelsea under his belt already plus a pre-season. In neither did he show aynthing significant (or promising) to make the claim that he has the potential to be more than a squad player.

He has hardly played. How can he show promise with limited playing time?

I beg to differ. Trying to score goals is harder than defending.

P.S. There is no problem comparing players, but they should play in a similar position (Schurrle, Willian, etc).

True and factually verifiable: the transfer market.

Attacking players are far more valuable. (best defender vs best attacker, etc).

The squad was too strong for this match; it was essentially our starting XI.

He played over 500 minutes for us last season, 5 out of 11 times he played more than 60 minutes and he didn't show much aside from regular brainfarts when it comes to end product. It was his first games in the Pl so I give him a pass but he had a pre-season to prove himself and he simply didn't. The majority of our AMs arrived late into pre-season so he had the perfect opportunity to show Mou that he can rely on him which he didn't really do.

Did you know he was fasting for most of preseason?

Then he's pretty unlucky that Ramadan was during summer this year. But that's life. If we factored in all the reasons why players aren't making it at big clubs then we'd see these big teams playing with a different starting-11 every weekend since, you know, everybody deserves a fair chance.
