MikeCFC 45
Despite most of us fans uncertainty and resentment towards Avram Grant,we still must support our team on Wednesday night, and support them to the hilt.An atmosphere of titanic proportions has to happen. We all hear about the atmosphere generated by the Kop End and the Nou Camp to the point of boredom, the funny thing is that WE can do that as well. It's been proven in our European nights at Stamford Bridge.Who remembers Vicenza in 1998?.We were very close to getting knocked out of the CWC semi final, but it was the loud, passionate fans that carried the team through,it was atmosphere that lifted the performance of Poyet,Zola,Hughes,Wisey etc.Other European nights,Bayern Munich,Barcelona, the atmosphere has been electric. When we played Arsenal on Easter Sunday, the atmosphere was non-stop.even when we went 1-0 down. This type of atmosphere must be generated on Wednesday night. Most of you on here don't need me to dictate to you about atmosphere.I'm not dictating, believe me,i'm not. We have to drown out the Scousers from the word go.It can be done. I'll be there on Wednesday in the MHL.Whoever else is going on Wednesday,if you see anyone not making an effort to sing, nudge them in the back, show them what supporting Chelsea is all about. Time and time again,Scousers mock us on how we have no passion,we have no atmosphere,we have no legacy.Only WE can prove them wrong, only we can ram those insults down their throat. Wednesday night.let's sing our fucking lungs sore and blow the fucking roof off the Matthew Harding and Shed End to the point that our fans and players that are no longer with us will be able to hear us.We're doing it for them as well. Those unfortuntate to get a ticket who will be watching the game at home or in pubs and clubs can help too by singing their fucking lungs sore as well. I believe Chelsea, are like a family. We're bonded by blood,we stick together. Let's prove those Scousers wrong on Wednesday night.

pablo814 1
There is no reason for the scousers to drown us out... we need more active participation in the games, my surround sound hasn't been shaking the house the way it should, and me yellin at the tube isn't gonna help things... middleoftheshed 388
After Gerrard and Lawros comments this week we should all be up for it. I'm in East Upper which has been ok for the big games I've been there this season. Thats a big OK. The club are making the effort with the flags etc. So should the supporters. I've been sat around far too many moaners this season, nows the time to just stop moaning and support the team!

pablo814 1
Why don't you just say that you don't know any of the songs, rather than making excuses, you plastic Chelsea fan. umm I was trying to say that me screaming from America ain't gonna do any good at the Bridge, and those of you who get the the PRIVLEGE to go to matches should do a better job of creating an atmosphere of a fortress rather than a youth league match at a park... Damn, getting flamed on the first day here, NICE. I'm gonna have fun!
BlueLion. 21,491
Stuff Grant and all of the money-grabbing fools who are only interested in the money side of the game. I am going to sing my heart out for the players and the playing staff. It doesn't matter what is going on behind closed doors, we must make a stand as Chelsea fans to show the club that our support will forever remain. SuperSheva7 0
A good atmosphere will definitely pump up the lads. The Arsenal game was magical and I hope it'll be the same on Wed. I'm sure the fans can do it though, I heard them sing Blue Flag at Anfield
manpe 10,861
John Terry from matchday programme "I've got to say that the stick us players took from their fans was horrible. But I'm sure every Chelsea fan will give it back to them on Wednesday night. We've heard about their fans around the last two semi-finals and how the second leg at Anfield is to their advantage. Well, I'll tell you what I think. Our fans are just as great as theirs when the game's a big one. I know you'll put them under immense pressure on Wednesday. I know you'll be as loud as you can. Chelsea expects and I know you'll deliver for us."
changingman2000 35
Scouser who have been going for a while will remember the 4-2 cup game at the Bridge in 97 when we were 0-2 down at half time. REALLY got behind the team in the second half and urged them on to a fantastic come back. All that when there was no shed end at the time either. More of the same on Weds will do the job. Also, I wouldnt like to advocate violence , But I hope any bin dippers found in home area's are dealt with severly
