This is practically the kind of game where we need to throw in all the players with height and physicality into the team. Considering we don't have many either, the likes of Ivanovic, Ba etc shoud all definitely be starting (even if I do not want to see Ivanovic at RB!). Otherwise, can see us getting bullied off the park.

I would only start Lamps because of his record against West Ham, my gut is telling me he's done and a physical Hammers side will give our midfield loads of trouble.

We will need to cope with their size and for that reason only I would start Ivanovic.... Again... He's been terrible but we need to contest aerials all day.
