Magic Lamps 11,692
Kompany was set to miss one month last week, so no wonder he won't be fit. I'd be even happier if Yaya Toure and Agüero would be out. I am confident we can win this. It would be such a great victory and the first real confirmation of our title ambitions. Sheva. 5,373
If Kompany was fit, he'd single-handedly mark Eto'o or Torres out of the game. Now we have a better chance of scoring, but doesn't really change anything when they have players like Toure, Nasri, Silva, Aguero and Negredo in attack. Still a massively difficult game. But i'm really expecting him to get some minutes against Arsenal atleast. What do you mean "Its Mourinho mate", he is renowned for not playing youth, never mind against Man City or Arsenal. Omeruo will be training with the first team because he failed to get a loan deal and he's playing with the u21s while also training with the first team. Unless Cahill and Luiz both get injuries, then he won't be anywhere near the first team in those games.

Ryan Fong 2,776
I'm surprised by the optimism here. I'll take a draw as victory, desperate to eat some humble pies though.
Tomo 21,751
Why are a fair few of you saying we will take a draw? We are the home team, they aren't as physical under Pellegrini and despite our overall record against City of late being shite, we have actually won 2 of our last 3 games against them at Stamford Bridge. If we were at The Ethiad it would be a different story, but unless it's the 2nd leg of a tie when we won away or a match that secures us the title, i can never be happy with a draw at home.
