Chelsea still looking to strengthen squad, says Ron Gourlay

"We have always said we are always looking to strengthen, but it's all about the right players being available at the right time.

Gourlay would not comment on whether the deal for Eto'o meant that Wayne Rooney would definitely not now be signed from Manchester United, but reiterated that there might be an addition or two before the window closes.

Well, I admire Ron greatly. However, whom to buy now ?

I would rather see, BA, Moses & Torres out, instead.

Come on Ron you can do it.

If Torres leaves, this would be the best transfer window in a long, long time! :blue scalf:

I also hope McEachran gets loaned out...he won't learn anything with the U-21 team.

I agree on Ferda. McEachran, I am not sure about him. Certainly, I wish him well, but not sure about him being Chelsea´s material.

Most likely, he won´t crack into the first team so soon.

Shit, I'd even settle for Fellaini as a DM signing at this point.

He would offer us some steel in midfield and is capable in both defense and attack. Wouldn't be too expensive and he'd probably love to play with all of our other Belgians.

Plus, it would piss Moyes and the Manc's off. :) What better way for Martinez and Everton to get back at Moyes then selling one of their top targets to us!
