LAM09 7,085
Samuel Eto'o rips Pep Guardiola Published on Mar 26, 2014 Samuel Eto'o was a part of Barcelona's treble in 2008-2009 winning La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey. His manager at the time was Pep Guardiola, who is currently at the helm at Bayern Munich where the German side won Bundesliga in record time. Now Eto'o has shared just how terrible of a person Guardiola was, how he played up to the cameras, and rarely ever spoke with the Cameroonian. Although his tactics are odd, how do you feel about Guardiola since Eto'o and Ibrahimovic have spoken out against him?UPLOADED OVER 2 HOURS AGO BY: TYTSPORTSNot surprised one bit! MrBlueGuy 1,552
How do you all think about him? For me he been a bit of OK signing. Shame his last ever meaningful contribution is to end our CL dream but oh well that is life. Hope he have a great next season with whoever he is joining as I doubt he would be staying here Bosnian Blue
manpe 10,861
Incredibly stupid to touch a player in the box with his back to the goal like that. Strikers think they're awesome defenders, Didier used to think that too, ended up conceding penalties. The Chels

Who knows, Eto'o might win us the CL next season so lets lay off him.

The only place to be 11,313
if Luiz had given that penalty away ,,, the reaction would have been off the Seismic scaleWell Luiz is a defender. You'd expect him to tackle better.Eto'o is a striker and Costa mugged him. Don't forget Eto'o got plenty of grief for his 'tackle' on Suarez earlier in the season which should've been a penalty because it was stupid. This one was just a guy trying his best and simply not being very good at something. That's somewhat forgivable.Ideally he shouldn't have been on the pitch in the first place but we had to chase the game.
RoyalBlues 4,050
From Jose words today, it seems Eto'o will be leaving. It is a shame, his last match was that Atletico match. Anyway, I don't have any bad words for him. He is one of the best of true professional player. Good luck for him, and we will never forget all of your goals, especially that hattrick against MU. chrismada9 1,948
I think it was inevitable that Eto'o would be one of the summer exits. I acknowledge his services and important goals for us this season, but to pay huge amounts a week for a player in his mid-30s was always going to be a risk not to take. Popular Post! Styles 9,790 Posted May 11, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted May 11, 2014 Shame how it ended but injuries aside it was a good year. 12 goals and 6 assists is a respectable return. boshman 1,073
Always tried, that's what i like about him. And he was getting into a good run of form before the injury against Arsenal. A shame if he does leave, i'm sure he has one more season as a 3/4 choice.
BleedsBlue 1,549
Whoever gets him now will have a refreshed and polished Eto'o. Probably should have signed him on a 2 year deal so we could have gotten something from this but oh well. Good luck old man!

Popular Post! Eidur the Spider 4,515 Posted May 11, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted May 11, 2014 It's been a genuine pleasure to see one of the best strikers play for Chelsea (albeit in the twilight of his career).I wasn't on board with the signing from the beginning but the guys performances and attitude changed my mind. Some cracking goals and seemingly a great guy! Cheers Sammy boy! Special Juan 28,730
He's done a job, can't fault him for that. Scored some really important goals and put himself about more than someone else I could mention. His closing down of goalkeepers alone is an example to any striker around to never give up.If he goes, thank you Samu, if not, he will give us something. ephreak 42
As someone mentioned earlier, it was nice to see him play in our shirt. Fought everytime he was on the pitch so he has got all of my respect. Seems like he isn´t getting new contract, shame because I think he might fit in our team nicely next season.Whatever happens, thank you Eto´o!
