go back a couple of pages and read exactly what i wrote. no one (including me) is rating moses higher than kdb. but to say that moses cant replace any of kdb-oscar-hazard is criminal in my view. and hence the argument which was taken completely out of context and turned into a circus.

my only point was the team cant be decided on names itself. even mata is not a sure starter right now, forget about kdb. each and every player should fight for his place , and form plus performances should/would be given preference over names (we all know how true that is with mou).

i feel if moses was available for this match then jose would have had a hard choice to make between him and kdb considering the pre-season rather than saying "He shouldn't be starting ahead of any of

Exactly my point. I think KDB will be a very good addition but I think some people have been misguided. I completely agree with you. I was judging on form why i think Moses should start. KDB was fantastic last season and I hope he builds on that but I don't think no person on this thread has stated Moses is better than KDB.

I don't think anyone is rating Moses over KDB. Everyone knows KDB has more talent.

All people are saying is that Moses was our best player in pre season. Which I incline to agree with.

But that is not saying Moses is better. He is probably questioning why people are assuming KDB is better than Moses although he has not played for us before. Moses was exceptional at Wigan, similarly to KDB at Werder Bremen and now they are both playing for much better clubs. So in other words I think he feels we should wait to see if KDB can make the step up which is fair enough to me.

Oh we should start with Moses. No, we should definitely start with Kevin. Are you kidding me? Oscar is the one that should start. Nah, I guess we could have Schürrle.

Not only those discussions are so nice to have - at least I love to discuss about my player preferences and tactics and stuff - but look at the kind of discussion we are having!!!!! Only in this example I gave very 4 likely guys to start for different reasons. Doesn't it feel like heaven?

The wonders of squad depth are the best and promote so many great discussions on forums.

All this comparisons, are they necessary? Imho kdb has a more diverse skill set than moses but is still prematurely overrated because he hasn't kicked a ball yet as for moses he is actually prematurely underrated for his age. Only time will tell and there is enough for both.
