Absolutely, and at £90 you will probably find a lot wont bother.

To be honest I don't know anyone that would I'm a casual from the 80's and I like my clothes and trainers but the idea of spending ninety quid on a football top is out of the question.

Pretty much the same, I draw a line and if my kids ask me to buy them one they will be told "Just wear a vest"

Seeing almost universal negative reaction to the new kit around the web. I don't mind it, actually. Not great, not shit.

The image I saw on Twitter of Courtois' new keeper kit is ace, though. Love the bright green and orange color combo.

I think a goalkeeper should have the worst off putting coloured Jersey to put off the opposite team.

I remember a geezer a few years ago on Ebay he was selling original 70's home tops. But I think he gave up because no one would buy them simply because of there sizes which were small and medium. Blokes like me who were kids in the 70's the chances of us getting into a small or medium now was never going to happen:) and you couldn't buy them for your kids because that era means nothing to them they would just want the current kit. Can't blame them kids today piss themselves at the shorts we used to wear like we used to at the Stanley Matthews ones.

Yeah Tibos kit should be camouflaged goal net so they didn't know where he was. Plus use some of that net between his legs so he couldn't get numegged!

I know what you mean mate. I'm only a 44" chest but still hard to get a decent old shirt to fit.

Its only cool kids that get the old days who wear vintage clothes. At the northern soul all nighters there was this kid about 20 had one of the old star jumpers on and a pair of ruperts. Coula been 73/74 all over again.

And I got a pair of long baggy shorts on now! (â—”_â—”)

It's a bit of a leap! Think few seasons back there were 40 odd. Don't think I've ever spent over 50. Don't think I would

And it isn't even that nice!

I will buy my kids kits from DH Gate, check it out.

Just got my Belotti and Insigne shirt of there, really good £12

mate me and the eldest have a bit of a giroud love in going at the minute. So I bought the 3rd from there a few weeks ago. Came in no time and was 9 quid. Feels better than the real home one I've got too lol.
