Mitchell Beeney wore a new yellow GK kit for the U21s at Aldershot last night for those who care about these things. (Alex)

Oh, and here's the first proper image of the black third kit: http://www.footyheadlines.com/2015/07/chelsea-15-16-third-kit.html?m=1

Disappointed with the third kit.

Have you got any photos of that yellow GK kit?

I'm going to get on a soapbox here.

I fucking hate kit manufacturers. Period. I will never buy another 'one season' kit again in my life. It is a scam. Nothing more. Fuck Adidas in particular. They reserve the entirety of the sleeves to market their brand with '3 stripes' and then they slap on their logo somewhere on the front of the shirt. Complete nonsense. Another thing that bothers me is that kits are essentially a billboard for a company. I would never wear a shirt that said 'SAMSUNG' or 'Yokohama' on the front so why should I tolerate it on a sports kit? I shouldn't have to pay $100 to advertise a company or brand. I despise how often kits are just carbon replicas of one another; templates if you will. It is laziness to the extreme and a method to maximize profits without having to design another style of kit.

I wear my Blackhawks jersey constantly. It will never change. It will be the same every year and has been for a long time (over 50 years: http://www.nhluniforms.com/Blackhawks/Blackhawks.html). It has no sponsors on it, only the emblem for the team and a very small logo that says it was produced by Reebok. The emblem is the centrepiece, not a company or a brand. This is how it should be. I would love to wear a Chelsea shirt but I refuse to be damned billboard for Adidas and Yokohama when the reason I'm wearing is convey I'm a Chelsea supporter. Goddammit, I want a shirt that is 100% Chelsea not a shirt that is 50% Adidas, 25% Yokohama and 25% Chelsea.

Look at this atrocity. SUFC is 125 years old. Older than Adidas and older than John Fucking Holland. To represent this glorious occasion they are given a template. A fucking template. There is nothing here that celebrates the anniversary. It is just another Adidas shirt with a SUFC emblem thrown on. They couldn't even be fucked to give them the navy blue shorts they historically wore. 0/10 go fuck yourself.

I agree with you on a lot of your points. I have never been a fan of brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, A&F, American Eagle, etc. Where they just paste the brand name on the shirt. Soccer kits are essentially the same thing, but my favorite athletes wear the chelsea kits so idk. I haven't bought one for 2 years though. Now, I have 2 cubs jerseys, an all blue one and a white with blue pinstripes. Never changes, big logo.

Are you sure that Blackhawks jersey will never change? Other hockey leagues around the world have sponsors and I thought the NHL have discussed it before.

I completely agree with you about Adidas. I've gotten so tired of seein the three stripes on every single Adidas shirt.

If you don't like it, don't buy it an good for you for standing up against it. There's just too much money in it to do otherwise.

Newcastle supporters have released their own shirt, which I think is pretty awesome.

Even so. The jersey I own will never change. I hope the NHL doesn't implement sponsors as the other major American sports don't. Only the MLS stands out. I can understand in sports without much money but I don't see the point of the EPL having sponsors as it is without a doubt the richest sports league in the world bar none.

No matter how much money the big clubs have, they're always going to want more. TV contracts are always going to go up, shirt sponsorships are going to go up and player contracts are going to keep going up. And that's the modern game.

I'm just happy Chelsea don't have a horrible sponsorship like Chevrolet or Bet365.

I'm also glad we haven't done anything weird with the home kit. Last years is probably the most tweaking that's been done in a long time. People were outraged at Inter doing a black kit last year, and many are upset at Barca going to hoops and getting red shorts.

Why Everton kit is blue our away is white

They also wear white shorts. Two seasons ago when we had the white away and black third, we wore the black third. Not that it is actually needed, but it may be preferred.

It would make sense too. Release the kit around the same time and then play in it to get the most out of people that like how it looks.

But then in 12/13 when we had the black third, we wore the white away:
