oxfordblues 299
if 2 German teams get to the champions league final, then there will only be three places for premiership teams in next years competition,my nephew suggested this is the case

BlueLion. 21,491
Will apply from next season onwards if it is true, but I am sure the top three leagues have three automatic qualifiers and a fourth that must proceed to the third round of qualifying. Rmpr 8,977
No, the first three major leagues get 4 places. We would need to be behind Bundesliga, La Liga and another one...I think so!
Heisenberg 1,824
We'll finish third.

Kinol 337
These rankings are made based on what i think the last 6 years of CL, and theres no way we will fall behind Italy based on that. An english team won last year, remember
The Skipper 20,609
No, not for a long time. The English coefficients over the last 6 years will keep us in there for a long time.
Henrique 9,133
No, top 3 leagues get 4 places. Germany would be 2nd, but England still will be 3rd and will get 4 places.
Ollie 4,400
Damn, i was hoping for us to come 3rd and Arsenal go into the UEL with Tottenham!! How awesome would that be. Still, it is good in a way that those arent the rules yet but if City and Arsenal keep letting the side down (which i still hope they do) it will happen. Serie A is awful though now, we'll never go below them again. If anything the gap will get bigger.
Jase 43,479
Not anytime soon with how far the other countries' coefficient are behind us and poorly they are performing in UEFA competitions, as The Skipper has already alluded to. And I'm pretty sure our run in the Europa League is helping to boost that coefficient, even if its not that much compared to when winning in the Champions League. IkE 267
The main point is simple, the Europa League winner should be classified for Champions League automatically. But why no? eh? WHY NOT?

WHY NOT?Also have always argued that. We, Chelsea, are englands lone competitor in Europe for 2 years now. That really is a shame for the strongest league in the world. Krypt 241
Typically we will keep us in the top 3 but we will get no thanks for it.
