Indeed, I saw him (Kroos) shine as an AMC. I thought he did much less well as a CM tbh .... He can play there of course, but it seems another square peg, round hole thing to even consider buying him as a pure CM.

True but he's one of the best, available, dlp and Dortmund play the way we play so he'd fit our system like a glove.

Inclined to agree but not worth getting if he's gonna get injured more often than not.

He's not going to be injured for the rest if his career is he? Yeah he's had a bad year of injuries but that doesn't mean he won't get over it.

If those injuries can significantly reduce his price tag, then it might be worth a risk. He really can be world class if he shakes them.

That's the thing,What if he does not properly recover from his chronic back problems?Maybe its the pessimist in me speaking but he wont do us much good if he is injured every other week.

I'm sure he'll get over the injuries because he's 23..but if he has spinal problems, then that's a serious concern for the future
