dumps 284
read this on a gossip column this morning:Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez has shrugged off an argument between Frank Lampard and David Luiz. The pair clashed as they left the pitch at the end of the first half of Chelsea's Europa League tie against Rubin Kazan.full report: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/apr/11/frank-lampard-david-luiz-chelseaanybody see this/have a video of it? i didn't see this at all.I know it happens a lot and it means nothing, just suprising for those two. ulsterchelsea 3,221
missed it myself but i think im right in saying DL has had a few run ins with other players in training before. Itll be nothing
BlueLion. 21,491
Lamps wasn't happy with Luiz' defending for the shot they had right at the end of the half (Gokdenhiz?) that Cech brilliantly saved. Cech and Benayoun had to usher them down the tunnel because things were quite heated. Just two big personalities clashing. I wouldn't worry about it. I'd be more worried about their apathy to the Europa League in general.
Rambo 1,729
It's a good problem to have imo, shows they give a shit.
Spike 12,049
It's a good problem to have imo, shows they give a shit. Unless their relationship degrades to the point of no return...
Pizy 18,994
I'd be mad too. Rubin won about 6 free headers in the box yesterday. None of our defenders really looked like they were trying.
Rambo 1,729
Unless their relationship degrades to the point of no return...I don't want to sound like I know them personally but they don't seem like guys who would take things personally, especially over something so petty in retrospect. DJames 729
A bit worrying but I don't think it's great cause for concern. Typical reaction when tempers are high hopefully it blows over. Although I've always wondered how other players view DL he seems like able but could be extremely annoying
Jase 43,479
After Lampard and Luiz clashed in Moscow, how did the players react on the flight home?As that article and Benitez said, it's nothing big about it. Just two players unhappy about an incident on the pitch. Nothing new or extraordinary about it.
BlueLyon 9,359
I have my best friend and we argue all the fucking time (others say its hilarious when we argue), but in the end we are still great friends. Im ''happy'' to see them argue cuz if you dont, there is something more wrong then if you do. All in all as the guy above said at least they give shit about match and game etc.

bushman 2,043
Personally, I do not blame Frank. He must be getting tired to see Luiz playing so shitty.Even Frank is not very happy to see Luiz taking every free kick possible.Frank has been around for years & for him to see Luiz muscling his way around, trying to take over, I do not feel, he is ready & he should be allowed to. DDA 9,985
It's just another minor incident typically blown of proportion by the media speculation. Nothing to worry about in the slightest.
tiswas 0
it shows that they care so shouldn't be a problem, unless it gets to the stage where it effects others & their playing rlationship

Bir_CFC 3,455
Not a big deal at all, unless they stooped to punching each other. It's sports, this happens all the time. JT prolly does this 10 times a game but no one prolly has balls to say otherwise so you don't see a debate ensue.

Heisenberg 1,824
Who remembers Ivanovic & Cech clash against Liverpool in the 2010/2011 season at Stamford Bridge ? That is nothing compared to that one.As Alex said, its a good thing, I just hope Luiz isn't talking that much knowing that Lampard is going
didierforever 7,349
blown totally out of proportion... it was an argument... every1 has it....
