Kazan didnt show much to worry last Thursday but with the way we play from one week to the next nothing is certain. I dont give a monkeys about this diluted Champions league comp but we are near the end now so may as well go for it. Id like to see Cech, Ivan ,JT, Cahill (is he fit?),Bertrand ,Lamps ,Davy Lou, Moses,Mata(for safety) Marin and torres. Id actually like a few kids in the line up but thats not gonna happen. Benitez mentioned the possibility about playing Ferreira in the 1st leg but went with Azpi because of his stamina levels. Rafa will probably play Terry - but it will be a risk. Our defence will have to be well-organised and cool-headed . By the 20 minutes mark we should go on the attack and try to even out their away goal average. After that, a tight defence should get us through. The main aim should be to get the result without injuries and without exhausting the players. People should not expect "entertaining football". Winning this round is more important. Don't think I'm being arrogant, but we have one foot in the semi-finals, and the upcoming games are more important. We have to risk playing a far weaker team on Thursday to allow the likes of the Three Amigos and Dave the chance to rest.
