Can't sleep!! So excited. Such an epic match coming up which could change our history forever yet again!......is what we should be saying but nooooo we just had to half-ass our games in the Champions League and be the first holders to get kicked out right away -_- Going to be humiliating playing in the Europa League. Must avoid Twitter tomorrow.

Ake MUST start.

Rafa seems intent on burning out the whole squad.. and for what? the europa league, humiliating. I want to see a full reserve team with all the trimmings.

I'd also love to see Ake as a starter, but for the second part, wouldn't it be much more humiliating to get knocked out by a team like Sparta Prague in the EL because we play half-assed? No one denies that the EL is not the competition we belong in, but we can't change that now and I want to see the team doing their best to win this trophy.

Why?

Just think, the next round comes in between West Brom, Fulham and West Ham. These are all games we need to win but the type we struggle with. I'd rather not have the distraction of a tough game against Ajax or a trip to Bucharest in between so the sooner we're out of this competition, the better.

Oh, and if we win that then we have a quarter-final before the game against Spurs.

Then the Semi-Final 1st leg comes before a game against Swansea, and the second-leg is a few days before we play Man United.

And the final is just a few days before we play Everton on the last day of the season. I don't think the schedule could be tougher to be honest.

We NEED to throw this game. There's no other way of saying it.

Yes, we probably have to set our priorities, but playing with a complete reserve and youngster team as it was suggested is not the way to go IMO. These matches will be good opportunities to give players like Ake a chance to get familiar with the first team. A little mix would be the best. We should rest the players who need a rest like Mata or Lamps atm, but we should still look to get the most out of this competition and if a player is fit, he should play. The priority this season is to stay in the top 4 in the league but the EL is still a trophy to go for.

Honk! They live here! .............................................. We support Sparta! .............................................. Don't let Chelsea sleep!

So i am guessing that they are standing in front of the hotel where Chelsea's players are staying and they are asking people to honk so that the players can't sleep. Haha! Nice tactic, better than swansea's ball boy one! :P
