Doe's anyone know how his loans to Chelsea work ?

I.e through his company's to Chelsea and also how it works if he doe's decide to leave Chelsea, not that he will.

I remember reading all the finacial details and tax reasons for the loans but I can't find the site,

I think I also remember an article where if he leaves he has to leave Chelsea debt free, could be wrong.

This subject always comes up when I chat to my gooner mate, and also intrigues me.
