Stats 7,144
They beat us 3-1 at the Bridge last season and managed an exceptional result at Anfield last week. There should be no complacency from fans or players.
Pizy 18,918
Should win, but definitely be wary of benteke as he has some quality.This.This could be an awful weekend if we lose and Arsenal, Everton, Spurs, and West Brom all win.
edetarod 2,155
We always struggle against this lot home and away and our players must be pretty tired so it could be tough again. I reckon we may sneak it by a goal. we usually don't sneak a win, you must be thinking of utd or citywe either beat our opponents convincingly or we don't

Hutcho 8,443
Benitez: JT is out, Sturridge is available. Decision on Bertrand to be made tomorrow. So that means we have a definite player to sit in the bench for 90 mins then.

That is all completely believable except the sturridge starting bit, which won't happen...
Jase 43,479
Just realized earlier that we haven't won a league game at home since beating Norwich 4-1 on 6th October. Since then, we have played 4 games, drawn 3 and lost 1.With tough away games coming up against Norwich and Everton, anything other than 3 points against Villa this Sunday will be a disaster and a blow to our position in the Top 4. Jase 43,479
it's Villa...Remember what happened last season? We were crap last season but to lose at home against a shit Villa side managed by Alex McLeish(ALEX McLEISH FFS!!) was ludicrous!!!Admittedly, we have a better squad this time around than last season but that doesn't mean we should be taking them lightly. After all, our squad last season should have been good enough to beat them!!

Jase 43,479
Right... they are so annoying.Indeed they are. Furthermore, Villa are unbeaten in their last 2 league visits to the Bridge and have scored 3 goals in each of those matches. Won 3-1 last season and drew 3-3 the season before that. Ankit 3,176
Villa's win at Stamford Bridge last season was their first at Chelsea's stomping ground in 10 attempts, with the Villans unbeaten at Chelsea in their last two visits. The Chelsea icon Frank Lampard has scored more goals against Villa than any other current Premier League side Captain Ron Vlaar is likely to continue to miss out, leaving the young back three of Herd, Clark and Baker intact.via: whoscored.com
Kojo 4,676
I think we can come through this one, I'm confident we can get a win.Although players like Benteke are up against us, i think we can really get at the Villa defence if we contain high spirits.I think it's a game where who can do the most damage, i seriously doubt we can keep a clean sheet, probably conceed at least 2 if I'm honest.
