The only place to be 11,313
Luiz has done well when he's played there, but he still needs to show it against some top-level opposition before we can say he's definitely a midfielder. He looks composed and steady but had so little pressure today that I'd have been more surprised if he didn't.It's encouraging but it's going to take time. Kojo 4,676
Agreed that is David's position now - end of Oscar was also awesome today when he came on, the guy is class him and Piazon link up play just amazing But Luiz gave us that bite in midfield he chased everything down, played forward was involved in EVERYTHING!!!!Honestly it's like having a new signing, he was immense!!!He has so much ideas, though he does need to change his game, because soon teams are going to read him if he keeps playing it risky all the time and playing long balls 24/7.I also didn't get the passing back to Cech, everytime that hapened we ended up losing the ball from Cech's goal kicks.Must say though it's a relief, sick of having that lack of a DM and now we finally have someone entertaining in the middle and can actually do something. Hutcho 8,443
Missed it was it a close game ?Yeah, we had to hang on at the end and the final whistle was something that was music to our ears as we felt there was a comeback on the way... Glad we were able to scrape through there.
Kojo 4,676
Must say i was silly for wanting to sell Ramires, i was taking the piss most of the time, but there was some part in me what thought we should sell him afterall. He's a great player, i don't like calling people squad players, the term seems to mean as backups nowdays for some reason. Though this is a squad game and Ramires fits it perfectly, he can do just about anything. Always fits in to score goals, i love midfielders who score about 10 goals per season. cousin benson 76
could have made it a record breaking match if we scored all our very good chances! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Premier_League_highest_scoring_gamesif Piazon scored the penalty then we would have been level with Manure's 9-0 victory over Ipswich, darn it. never mind, has the media even mentioned this?
