Fergie is a great manager and his motivation skills are second to none, but in an intense tactical battle with a fellow WC manager he has been found out on more than one occasion.

Fergie is one of the best managers ever, but his tactics at times can be incredibly naive for someone so experienced. Case in point the CL 2011 final.

Fantastic point and one that always sticks out to me. Messi just exploited the space in between defence and midfield which kept making Vidic jump out of position. Happened time and time again but Fergie didn't change anything.

Well, Mr Man Pee there is such a thing as a 'Letters Close' which is a classified legal document concerning a monarch granting powers, status or resources to an entity.

Rafa, RDM, Scolari, Ancelotti and so on. So What. Managers come and go. You could say the same thing about Harry Redknapp. They have all managed other teams at some stage. Whats important is that they do the best job for the team they are employed to.
