You do know, Guardioula crafted the whole barcelona team for Messi. Even though, I agree, a great player doesn't need a team built around him to perform. But a striker who had just arrived after a serious injury do need some special care, which unfortunately he didnt received. He himself said, when he first arrived here, If I will get 9 scoring chances, I'd bury the majority of them. But what actually happened here is , he only gets a chance per match. A great game for Fernando, last time he really impressed us was Sunderland and that was nearly five months ago. Even if he hadn't scored two goals today I still would've considered his performance to be good. For once our manager will have a dilemma of who to play up front with both our strikers having great games within a few days. Wouldn't actually mind starting both Ba and Torres but no chance of that happening, I guess.
