I was so shocked when I saw some people before the game saying playing Bertrand was a good move. Fair enough if Mata is'nt on form, but stick Marin/Moses in there at least. My word, this was us at home. What's next for our 2 away matches? Mikel and Romeu in the pivot with Bertrand and Ramires out wide??? Fuck off Benitez.

Expected to compete with the top 2 Manchester clubs? After finishing SIXTH in the league last season, losing our best striker and getting rid of most of our midfielders? Losing our best central defender to injury and the games he was suspended for? If I recall correctly everyone was saying we were hoping/expecting a top-4 finish this season - not a fight for the title.

Rafa is part of the club. I'm not putting anyone or anything 'first'.

How on earth is moving from 4th of the table to 3rd a sign that we're turning into a mid-table club...?

Fucking hell, are you for real??? maybe your a plant from the board to keep the fans on side. WE SPENT A FUCKING FORTUNE IN THE SUMMER TO IMPROVE AND SHOULD BE CHALLENGING!!!!!!

Dear god, you are quite insane :clown:

Torres' movement is absolute shite, if it was better he'd get the service

comeeonnn , his movement in this match was far far better than his last 5 matches . also he had 100% aerial success (saw that from whoscored.com) , what do you expect more ?

Oh well , Torres is the one to blame like always ? wtf did he do wrong ? our players didnt even created a single chance for him ? and surprisingly he was our best playmaker -_-and anyone saying we should have bought Berbatov , he didnt fucking scored aswell . No striker can score on his ownnn . And It was Rafa's 2nd match , he needs a bit of time to settle . VIVA LA RAFALUTION . IN RAFA WE TRUST ^___^

LOL, so berba didn't score meaning we shouldn't have bought him. Berba, set up 2 great chances for his team.

Also berba doesn't have 32 mil hazard, the no 10 for brazil and our best creative player behind him.

I knew we wouldn't win, we never beat them at home, was extremely poor. I watched the first half and that was it for me, i didn't watch any more. The feelings i had after we beat Tottenham seem like that game was a few years ago. We have a base, Rafa knows how to set up a solid team but we have no cutting edge at all and we have no striker which we all know.

This will be a blessing in disguise because the more this happens, the more chance of getting that striker or ending Benitez's reign short. First and foremost though i want Chelsea to do well and i want Chelsea to win and i'm thoroughly fucked off that we can't win for shit now, just like last season.

We always draw at home to Fulham but we do always win at West Ham. I'm sure we'll beat West Ham. Just have to go through this shit again and hope for a miracle to start happening around the end of march i guess.

Roll on the Spring, we'll be fucking shit until then so get used to it.

I would rather we had Benitez as a player-manager and stuck him up front instead of Torres. Honestly though, absolutely terrible performance we really need a striker, Dm and either another winger or cam. Hazard started well and has just been average the past few games.

lol

RDM was the one that started this Bertrand bullshit.

But people used to say it was a good move back then.

Are we supposed to win against Nordjansland something next week?

I get the sarcasm (I think), but yes, we are. And it's a good thing we're playing Nordsjaelland because Shakhtar are good in attack and can actually do something against Juventus. We still have a real chance to go through to the knockout round.

Are you like a Torres fan boy or a former Liverpool supporter?

Cause no Chelsea fan could say that Torres was the best playmaker.

Grudgingly not all bad I guess. Clean sheet and all that, moved up to 3rd. Out of context it was acceptable. Just.

As some have said, we were leaking goals before, at the VERY LEAST we can try and cheer up and say "well at least we're a bit more solid". Other than that, I'm gonna wait to see what happens going forward.

Keep the faith gentlemen :blue scalf:

Just like RDM, why on earth did Benitez not use the last sub available to him?! Bring on Moses FFS!!

Also, this is the 4th straight draw in the Premier League against Fulham and 5 in all competitions. I. Hate. Fulham.

Exactly, we're more or less where I expected us to be. 3rd in the league, 3rd in a very tough CL group, still in the League Cup. It ain't that bad considering the group of players we have.
