Sorry to bump this, but I'm hearing that he's still at the club despite Rafa leaving which makes absolutely no sense since he doesn't even have his badges to coach here!

Lmao!! I swear he isn't even allowed on the touchline either?!

To be fair he might be a half decent coach. We don't see what happens behind the scenes - leave the judgment for the people that see what he is doing

From what I've seen from clips from Cobham, he's usually training with the players rather than training them. But of course you could be right. It's just the first thing that occurred to me was "Why not give his job to Paulo instead?"

I'm sure there's a lot of factors. We'd all love Paulo to come in and coach us, but who says he wants to? Unfortunetly it isn't always about what us fans want.

About Zenden...

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2332202/Jose-Mourinhos-backroom-staff--bring-Chelsea-operate.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

Bolo Zenden was appointed as assistant coach by interim Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez, who is now Napoli manager.

Although he said he was open to staying at the club, Mourinho has no prior history with him and is likely not to extend his deal.
