  1. 1. Rafa Out?

Recommended Posts

Moyes all day long he will sort out the fucking egos we have at our club. Its not all Rafas fault witch pains me to say

Sorry to say, it will only end in him getting the sack. You can't go head to head with the players at this club. You need to feed there egos, not shoot them down.. I hate the way it is, but we are the galacticos of England. Egos got AVB sacked, egos won us the champions league.

torres fanboys and wankers... wat do u expect of them???

worse are the people who are still ""UNDECIDED""... what more do u want to see to "decide" that fsw is an incompetent cunt not worth a penny...

What a daft opinion to have. Most of the people who have voted no or are undecided most likely ponder if sacking him during the season would bring any positive effect at all. Nothing to do with being somehow Torres fanboy nor any other adjective from your educative vocabulary.

Well, well, well. Haven't we hit a new low yesterday.

The way I see it it is due to a set of different causes:

1. Somehow there seems to be complacency in the team after the CL cup. A bit of drive is gone in the old guard.

2. New signings that haven't paid of yet (Oscar, Marin - even Hazard had issues november/december)

3. Instability due to sacking of trainer that was loved but failed to deliver in the eyes of the board.

4. The arrival of the hated FSW - who seems to continue on RDM's tactics, only with much more rigid attacking lines. This is NOT resulting in a big increase in defensive stability, but more a decrease in our offensive capabilities (I am NOT going to mention Torres - cunt). This you can notive by the lack of 'fluidity' and interchanging of positions in the attacking trio (which was much more the case with RDM)

5. THE INTERIM STATUS - This one reminds me of the belgian national team, where after the devils failed to get a spot in the South Africa World cup, Vandereycken was replaced by ..... an interim coach Franky Vercauteren (former Anderlecht trainer). This resulted in SHIT performances of a team that lost all confidence and did not look up to the Interim Coach. Vercauteren quit his job, stating he didn't want to work with that team anymore. He also added there is nothing more ungrateful than being the mere interim I think this is pretty much the same situation here. Our players hate Rafa much like we do. You don't grow 'bigger' than yourself for a guy like him. He's hated, does stupid subs, keeps the faith in Torres which is backfiring confidence -wise. conclusion: he has NO authority anymore.

6. We are way too thin in the squad. We have a long term vision now maybe after a long time, but the lack of short term is killing us right now. It should be balanced.

7. The fashionable 4231 with the 'pivot' is really not creating the defensive stability it is designed for - nor does it generate enough attacking power (Torres), also because of the lack of connection between the 2 and the 31. We simply have a gap there - no pace in ball playing and too much lateral thinking. You can easily spot it because by the second half our maestros seem to be getting fed up with it and drop down to pick up the ball. Hence: even more loss of offensive force and loss of holding power up front resulting in quick deadly counters. even by fucking QPR, Reading and the likes.

So ....

1. Sack Benitez and get a manager that has more 'status'. Someone the players can believe in that will be here for a long time. That will change their mind set.

2. Create Width in the team: an extra CM, get KDB (pivot + can fill in for the 3), Courtois (Turnbull sucks and oozes failure) and Lukaku (he does well and deserves a shot - much more than Torres who 'in extremis' is much more suited anywhere NOT in the target spot) back

3. Hope to god the board gives that manager freedom and time

This is bad.

Edit: sorry for the typos. Ipad writing is hard!

Good insightful post, not one of those knee jerk ones. Really like it and agree with you. Only thing I fail to see is why do people want to put KDB in the pivot role? Equivalent to Lamps in the pivot, Oscar on the wing and Bertrand LW. A bit out of position, don't you agree? :) Cavani/Ba/Lukaku would be a dream striking force for us when we stick to our 1 ST formation.

Depends on what kind of Pivot you play. There are variants. I would put him in the more forward going position. He is cultured enough for that and would link great with the attacking trio. However, you would need a true destroyer besides him that also falls deep to the defence when a striker moves between the lines. We don't have that .....

Capoué?

Reminder ;

The Fat cunt is still here scoffing his face and....

After being in charge for 20 competitive games (as many as RDM got this season), Rafa has:

- Won fewer games

- Lost more matches

- Drawn more matches

Despite having an easier run in.

It's such a joke. Cannot believe RDM got sacked for this (excuse my French) cunt.

Yeah, Capoue has always struck me as a humble footballer, who's disciplined and very good at what he does.

His record against the 4 sides he's played in the bottom 5:

W1 D2 L1

Its a good job RDM got some points on the board or the fat bastard would be taking us down

Mate, i couldn't agree more! What i would do for some stability. But having highly payed, high profile players comes with its disadvantages.. I hate to always compare to United, but, Fergie runs the show, no fucking around, your either in or out.

Last night walking away from the game (pretty stunned TBH), an 8-10 year old Reading fan was singing 'Champions of Europe, you can't win a game'.

Out of the mouth of babes, occasionally bursts out some wisdom, and he was right. This useless lump of lard is taking us farther and farther away from any sort of 'success' this season. I've given up on winning anything now, success now will be fourth spot.

We've some magnificent players and this idiot can't use them to secure wins from 2-goal winning positions against relegation candidates, he must go and now.

As an aside Mata was simply magnificent last night, as soon as he was taken off we surrendered a deal of possession to them and this brought them onto us.

Another tactical masterpiece of a decision.

Hope you kneed the little cunt in the groin.

Yup taking Mata off was a masterstroke -it left Benayoun ball watching for their equaliser. On the positive FSW is favourite to be th e next Prem manager to be sacked -but cant see them doing it till May as the fuckwits on the board cant get anyone else.

As far as I am concerned we could get better results from Stamford the Lion
