That's an interesting question.

Charly has started every game since he's been at Betis; one wide right and seven wide left. The problem is that Los Beticos are not that good a side. Stationed out wide, there have been long passages where Charly has been starved of the ball, passages when Betis simply haven't been able to set him up with good possession in good areas. As a result, in several games their manager has shifted Charly to the centre in an effort to get him more involved in the action. This, for example, is exactly what happened at half time last night against Malaga. Here's the thing however, that switch hasn't always worked.

Speaking just from memory, many of Charly's most impressive moments for Betis have come when he picked up possession in a wide area. There is no question that Charly is at his best when he has the chance to carry the ball but in the centre he has found himself relying more on his passing than his dribbling. That has, in my opinion, robbed him of something. Certainly against Malaga he gave the ball away a number of times and he found himself playing a few of those first touch pop it back to the defender passes that are necessary but are not what we want to see from Charly.

Two of the three best displays I've seen from Charly were in the Modric position for our 21s, and one from the left for Betis. As I type this however, I don't remember seeing an outstanding display from him when he started in the ten.

So if Hazard left do you feel musonda could be the guy to replace him on the wing? If conte does like the traditional wingers then that probably wouldn't be possible though.

Charly played 90% of his life at the #10. It is also his favourite position.

Real prefer Galacticos, they have to be expensive, only speaking of their attacking department.

Maybe Perez will be after Musonda one day, but only when he's done something special.

I think Musonda wants to play as much as possible, therefore he's currently a happy boy.

There's still room for Musonda at Chelsea, only Willian should be a nailed on starter, imo.

It's not easy to say no to London, Paris is up there but Munich would be downsizing for a young multi-millionaire.

I can see Musonda having conditions before joining one of those sides, you know similarly to Lukaku having the condition of Lewa leaving Bayern if he's to join them.
Maybe this one will ask Barca to get rid of Neymar or Messi before joining.
At least that's the image i've made for myself of these belgian players......

Have no problem with him going out on loan again however I do feel he can go to a better team than Betis.

Well, it's better to play in Betis every week than sitting on the bench of a better team. Let's not forget Charly has only played like 10 matches in pro football. If he is really that talented he can keep impressing at Betis next year.

Charlay has been subbed in two of the last three matches. I didn't watch last night's game so I don't know the circumstances but there was no injury involved on the previous occasion.
