Peppi85 110
Didn't find a topic about him. He's one of the brightest prospects of his generation, so he deserves one. right? age; 16 15/10/1996 teams; U18 Chelsea, captain of the U17 Belgium squad signed; 8 june 2012 foot; right Position; Central midfield style; Boskamp (ex-trainer of Anderlecht, Standard & well respected youth scout) calls him a mix of Xavi & Iniesta. The best of his generation. He's pretty small & fragile but his touch, movement, balance & vision is magic. weakness; small & fragile, shot on goal can be better, left foot family; His 2 brothers Tika (18) & Lamisha (20) accompanied him to Chelsea but are not on his level. But Chelsea had to take them to get a chance on Charly Junior. His dad was a pro footballer in Belgium & a great one. They used to call him Champagne Charly. He's been trough a lot. Here's his wiki page -> http://en.wikipedia..../Charly_Musonda former club; played his whole career @ RSC Anderlecht; Their biggest talent in youth categories since Kompany & Lukaku. They did everything to keep them at the club, but Chelsea came with Big big money. (which I regret as a supporter of Anderlecht off course) negative in Chelsea's perspective; He's a big fan of Barca & it's his dream to play there one day. videos; check youtube  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sp-kWEkbQ94 Bolt from the Blue, Coop and daBlackMamba7
Peppi85 110
scored vs. the Netherlands this sunday. Lost 2-1 though, the team had an off-day. (Belgium U17 is one of the brightest sides of Europe & hopefully we can see them shine at the EC U17 in 2013.)

Hamilton 2,120
So glad we have him..An intervieuw couple weeks ago stated he's looking for a first team spot in two years, that would be very fast i guess..He also commented that he found it important that his family has moved with him. Only us and City were prepared doing this.

Stingray 9,441
Yep Charly is quite the talent .... hope - really hope - this works out fine development wise and staying injury free! Chelsea has such a gem on their hands with this one ... few people realize just how good this kid is.

Stingray 9,441
Goddamned... what happened in the belgian gene pool the last years ... somthing fishy in the water perhaps, because we generate so much talent. hope it all comes to Chelsea though :-)
Atholy 1,293
Belgian media are reporting he is training with the first team these days! The 16 year old midfielder normally plays with the U18 and sometimes even with the U21. In preseason, Musonda already had a few trainings with the first team. But a U18 player that trains with the first squad in the middle of the season apparently is unseen! This only shows once more what a true gem we have in our hands! Hopefully in the near future he will give us many great moments!ps: Charly himself stated he wants to be a regular starter at the first team in 2 years. Looks like he's well on schedule

Looks like he's well on schedule It is quite common actually tbh. Lewis Baker and Reece Mitchell and a few of the other youth team players are seen training with the first team. Hopefully he is a decent prospect but I doubt he will be a regular starter here in 2 years, he needs a reality check tbh. Long way to go till that. Mufassir08 2,400
I thinks its fair to say that charly musonda,Islam feruz, nathan ake and jeremie boga are the best of the up coming crop of players.

Can't wait personally for Kalas to be called upon, he is such a talent!
