  1. 1. Where to sit at the Bridge?

Recommended Posts

Guys,

I believe I'm being taken to the Bridge by my wife for my 50th next year. Probably the Everton game as its nearest the date. This is my first and probably only chance to see Chelsea at Stamford Bridge despite being a fan for 43 years.

What I wondered, what is the best stand or area atmosphere/singing/noise wise. I intend having a ball and want to be at the liveliest area so where should I try and get a ticket ??

Cheers

Is there much difference between that the mhu?

Never been up there. But i am sure that is also good, though the atmosphere generally seems to build from matthew harding lower.... Someone who has been up there will be able to provide a better incite though that is my take.

It's very different. I sit in the MH Upper and there is singing sometimes, but the lower tier is where to go. Followed by the Shed, they've been getting louder over the years and you're right next to the away fans.

Cheers, yeah I'm off to Fulham, city and maybe the ucl game on the 5th. The tickets got moved from mhl to mhu. Hopefully it still gets a bit rowdy up there.

only sat up there a couple of times. Its basically all seated with the odd seated rendition of a easy chant, Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea ect... Not great to be honest id prefer to be in the shed than MH upper.

Mathew Harding.

If u are from Scotland, why it's your first time at the bridge?... it's not " so far"...

depending on where in Scotland he lives it`s quicker to get a flight from say the east coast of the United States to the bridge than it is to travel from Scotland on public transport.

to go to West London from Wick, up at the top of Scotland is a 12-14 hour train ride for example.
