JDY 1,290
So so pleased with the performance today & the result. Going to keep this short, but we haven't even hit second gear yet and we are still picking up the points. This was our first real test and we reacted excellently.Terry and the midfield two of Mikel & Ramires were brilliant in particular.
robdog 2,084
Couldn't watch the game but a victory at Arsenal to stay top is fukken priceless..so happy n proud,Congrats all and well done the lads!I know it...all the talking heads (& some fools on this board too) stated we couldn't hang w/ the freaking goonies. I would gladly take a draw, but would be ecstatic w/ a win. Best part of this was the away support for this match. I knew that le arse boosted up the ticket prices for this match & they were going 60 quid. So if you know any Blues fans that attended this match, pat them on the back, buy them a pint or two & asked about their journey to the emirates. Made my fuckin' day to hear that European Champion Chant, which has stuck in my head since I was able to sing it last week @ da bridge
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
Giroud must be one of the shittest strikers going around. Horrible, horrible signing. Flop.

Jase 43,479
Can't quite understand the stick Giroud is getting. He has shown great movement upfront and offers a decent physical presence upfront. Only problem with him right now is his finishing and composure in front of goal. He will start to bang in the goals but may take awhile more for that to happen.

underdrog 18
Good win. a lot needs to be improved.1)we just can not pass the ball from defence to midefield. 2)midfielders never makes any runs.we can be a lot lot better you know
Buffalo talks Blue 85
Ox is so fat! Poor Oscar looked like his kid. Why is that Arsenal always ends up getting all the beefy players. Ox, Santi, Podolski, Jenkinson. Is this some sorta Arsenal trend?
Tricky 301
Assnal are simply ova rated. Not true, Arsenal are a good team made to look average by a Chelsea team brimming with talent.
Strike 7,491
very few chances created though. kinda worrying. glad that we took our setpiece opportunities
Ollie 4,400
Surely there's no coincidence that Ramires got man of the match in his first game holding whereas every other match he's been hopeless. There's a big difference between being shit and getting man of the match. Looking on here you can see everyone played well because of how many people have been voted for. We didn't create a lot of chances but that's because Torres couldn't quite make the most of the breaks in the 2nd half. We really could've put gloss on the score board. Been a brilliant start though, loving what i'm seeing. The only times Arsenal had chances or got in good positions were because of us giving the ball away very cheaply. No doubt we deserved to win. We were comfortable.
The Rising Sun 711
Great Win and more importantly great performance from the team!Dont understand why people are saying Oscar Mata Hazard cant play together. We went to Arsenal and Arsenal'd them.i think their interplay is fantastic, as well as their one touch passing, In addition their movement and vision is spectacular.Victor Moses provides something completely different, but i think he is much much better when he comes on around the 60th minute mark, when opposition players are a bit tired and he is at that moment faster and stronger than them.havent seen marin in any proper match yet, so can not say much about him.Otherwise we really dont have anyone else to fill that gap, as our depth is not great beyond the 14-15 people on our first team.Anyhow, amazing win. athovick 3
Some people here thinking Mikel was good in this game,,but for me he still show up and down performance,,against stoke he is really good but in this game he just sitting too deeply and less preasure and tackle but it help with ramires,,i can't imagine if it was lampard and mikel,,i think it will really hard for us to get a point from this game,,But the fact we win it,,,time to get into next game Nordsjaelland and norwich ,,i hope RDM will make some rotation because some player like romeu marin azpi moses and sturridge need more time on the pitch so they can be more integrated with other player just like what he did with oscar and hazard who begin settled down with the team

edetarod 2,155
we really need to work on our counter attacksthe way we do them now is we give to ball to torres from the start, but it would be better if we give it to Hazard or Mata or any one of the wide players and they could set Torres up for the final ballTorres just doesn't have the pace at all to start a counter attackwith better counter attacks we would have destroyed Arsenal
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
Guys go on the Le Arse forum (Arsenal Mania). Brilliant read. Great entertainment and plenty of LOL's. So much butthurt and denial on there. They are using the deluded excuse "We let them win" as a coping mechanism Furthermore they are dismissing our title challenge and saying things like "its far too early to judge", just a week after jizzing and saying they can win the title after a DRAW against an OUT OF FORM Citeh side. Says it all really, doesn't it?. We on the other hand just outplayed an in form and confident Le Arse, for very, very large portions of the game beat them at their own game and above all won and got all 3 points at their own home ground. No big deal right? Ohhhhhh Arsenal fans, you utter jokes

Tomo 21,751
Yes but strikers like Drogba didn't exactly hit the ground running immediately either when he arrived in England despite banging in a few goals here and there.I personally think Drogba's first two season's where his 3rd and 4th best season's for us. His best display in a Chelsea shirt came in his 2nd campaign when we won 4-1 at Anfield.
