Offload the deadwood, bring in quality. Oscar and some of the others are not even good for depth. After all, depth is about quality over  quantity. 

All he's doing right now is blocking the likes of Musonda and Boga from entering the first team. All because he is a 'bigger' name.

I wouldn't mind seeing the back of him too in the right deal but depth isn't just about replacing with quality. We have to offer an alternative. A different way to play than the player he will replace.

There are SOME times that option just MIGHT be Oscar. Is this enough to keep him, I dont think so.

And this is what I said that sometimes we must learn how to sell on high. 

A year or two ago we could have gotten more money now almost nothing.

In the case of Willian I believe in my gut we haven't seen the best of him, simply because of the players around him. I think if he was at Barcelona or Man City he'd be a top 10 player.

We have the basis of a great YOUNG squad and iy would only take another 4 or 5 players and we would have a team that would be together and just might rule Engand and fight in the top rank of Europe for years to come.

If we shifted our deadwood it would be a big help to put towards the standard of players we need.

I know its easy to say. Its a big job and finding the players is bloody hard. But we have a good bunch of lads right now and it seems a perfect time for the bold to inherit the earth. Lets paint it Blue!

It's also bloody hard to find a place to buy a G. Vialli Sampdoria shirt in LARGE or the same with a personalized Siena shirt.  Maybe I need to use a different search engine, but I can't find shit for online retail from Europe (and uksoccershop doesn't have everything either).
