bababoom 4,478
Dan LeveneChelsea appear to have moved for yet another creative midfielder in Brazilian Oscar – and don't expect the flair fest to end there. The 20-year-old appears to be Stamford Bridge-bound thanks to what is understood to be a £22m fee agreed for the player. But with Eden Hazard and Marko Marin already on the books, and Hulk being pursued, do Chelsea need more flair? The simple answer appears to be that Chelsea are buying great players when the opportunity comes up.With a network of on-loan stars across the globe, and the potential for retrieving value by later re-selling talent, the only concern is whether Blues can meet the demands of Financial Fair Play as they do it.And the club remains publicly confident it is on track to jump through all of the FFP hoops. So welcome to Stamford bridge, Oscar. And let's look forward to one or two others that might join himhttps://twitter.com/BluesChroniclehmmm... interesting.

Waterfall 893
If that's true i doubt Chelsea will announce it tonight.IF the reports are true, It will probably be Internacional making the announcement. Makes more sense time-wise. I remember Neymar annoucing his intention to stay around this time in the evening/night
Leif 6,006
I'm so fucking excited about this, and as it's become quite known on here, I don't approve of most of our transfers! If he can be molded into a deeper player, there's nothing stopping him from becoming Pirlo-esque.He has such a cool head, and the most impressive thing about him, is his sublime understanding of the game. headhunter23 70
the one thing im concerned about is how small he is, I kno rambo/mata/silva are prime examples of how a smaller body can fare in the premier league but they also have an extraordinary gift, mata/silva with immaculate technique and rambo with his speed. I feel like its a big gamble but it is probably well worth it as it seems we are revolutionizing the way football is played at the bridge in comparison to recent years. Bosnian Blue 2,471
Have to admit I'm more concerned about this kid than excited. The fee is also too much for him to handle the pressure. Even if he is a talent as everyone is pointing out, it is still very difficult to adapt quickly to the physicality and pace of English football, especially if you are coming from Brazilian league (no offence Henrique ).I'd rather pay 40 million euros for Hulk than 25 for Oscar.
