Off topic .... This could be said for the numbers generated on AIDS victims in Africa. Do you know there is actually no way of knowing how many people die of AIDS in Africa each year because there isn't an official census. The numbers are made up and only South Africa has a fully working system that count's birth and death toll. Propaganda and scaremongering springs to mind. If your interested on such a topic, watch 'House Of Numbers' on Youtube and you will be stunned about that this kind of thing.
