Dissapointing but once again its only pre season,

Only thing i'd say is that least its showing that the slow assed "barca" "beautiful" "football" isnt the way to go and isnt going to work for us, 2 crosses 2 goals one good corner one by line cross, every time we got to that area which was about 3 times during the match looked dangerous,

We need to play like a premiership team again, at least even pass fast again christ :L

You guys are clearly underestimating the importance of the MLS all star cup, don't know why were wasting our time with this champions league nonsense when we should have been preparing for this game. Now if we don't at least take home the coveted Herbalife World Football Challenge trophy I'll consider this season a failure. I feel for the players though, they must be gutted.

by-the-fuckin-way...I think its clear we did not win on purely "long ball and ultra defense." We won by playing with fuckin heart and soul and scoring when we needed to. We scored 5 total goals against Napoli, 3 against Barca, and we beat a German team at home on pens. Take it easy on trying to discount our CL title.

Long ball and ultra defence is the way to play football. In all honesty I would love to see us put in heroic backs to the wall performances again to win it than to Barcelona our way to win the CL again.

Just a pre season match now is it?, lets not care at all then, lets just not bother. They're getting paid weekly, and some fans are traveling just to see them. I expect commitment regardless.

It is only a silly match yes, and the goal was actually laughable, mostly because turnbull was in goal.

But just angered me how Hazard didn't even try or anything.

he had an off day. what u gonna do? sell him? or just sack rdm for not being able to get 100% out of hazard. and yes it is a pre-season match about whom no one cares, atleast not as much as the way the other team was playing. fans might be travelling to watch the team but i am sure they know what to expect when it says pre-season FRIENDLY.

I am not talking about determination bla2 and number of goals. I am talking about the way our team played last year. We played defensive with 10/11 man behind the ball. Remember we score 3 counter attacking goals against barca and one corner goal against bayern.

This year we are trying to become more of an attacking team and bossing the game better. And that takes time
