Things didn't wotk under AVB, as you can tell, it wasn't just lampard he had problems with and Di'matteo understands the players and knows how to get the most out of them. Lampard wasn't an instant starter under di'matteo either, yet he didn't complain becuase RDM talked to them all and utilized the whole squad.you are quite full of bullshit. Lampard been here for 11 years, we have had like 8 managers. Ans why is it always the player vs the manager. AVB also apparently plays a style of football that Spurs will love.I think they will play great football, and play a bit like swansea, and be alongside them in the table.
