Im not sure how indecisive he really is. I think he did make a decision (either Man U or Man City). I would guess he thought, like most the world, that we would have lost in the finals and not qualified for the CL next year. Now we won the title, and seemed to up our interest in him, it gave him another option that as of 2-3 days ago he didn't really consider. Now he has to go through the process again of making a decision between whichever manchester club he decided on and chelsea. Hopefully it is Chelsea.

Hence indecision. When you are like me the process goes like this:

2. Make a decision
   
3. Become anxious about decision
   
4. Weigh up options again
   
5. Make a decision

He has to think properly, we need wingers, he will play every game for us but City, United, Arsenal and Tottenham all have wingers who are young and it will be hard for him just to walk in to the team, altho he is better than most of them, he'll face bigger competition from them.
