Im interested in becoming a true blue member

When looking at this for me to get 2 tickets seated together would i need to wait until the 2nd sale for members to get 2 extra seats. ?

If i was a true blue member and my brother was a true blue member how do you go about purchasing 2 seats together at the first members sale when it says 1 per person ?

How hard is it to get tickets when being a true blue member for european games , or big games like man utd , arsenal ?

Is it easy if you call straight away as soon as the ticket office call centre opens when these games go on sale
