It does not matter if they go for him, he already rejected big clubs. Wants to go step by step.

Don't think big and experienced players like Ramos would have listened to Nagelsmann. Ramos does not like coaches that were not famous footballers. It is better for Nagelsmann to coach talents now. When he is 36, he can try manage big clubs
