KONY2012 - EVERYBODY WATCH!

We know 100% that Zimabwean elections are rigged, but we just sit back and do pointless stuff like revoke Sir Mugabe's knighthood/honorary degrees.

This may be the cynical communist in me, but why Kony? Why Uganda? There are dozens of mass-murdering, child enslaving warlords strewn across the continent, why is Kony getting all the attention, given that him and his organisation have left Uganda? I can't help but feel there's a subtle agenda here. Perhaps the US are trying to combat Chinese expansion into Africa. But as far as I know Uganda has no strategic value, its landlocked, although wiki reckons they have reasonably large levels of as yet untapped resources like oil.

I clicked, nothing happened :(

It's the country directly to the left of Kenya, yes?

lol you weren't supposes to actually click on it! :P The object of this picture was to imply that despite claiming that they care about the country, most who have donated to the KONY2012 don't even know where Uganda is.

I'm getting more and more certain in my initial reaction and suspicion that this is a scam and propaganda. I feel for the people who gave them money after first brainwash attempt.

Strange. He's been on most wanted lists for decades but once reports surfaced that there were huge amounts of untapped oil in Uganda last year we get an uproar across the western world... smells of an excuse to cover up imperialism to me. Typical of capitalists, they're not interested in helping people unless there's something in it for them.
