New Chelsea Manager

So five live confronted Rafa with Chelsea's singalong tonight - penny doesnt appear to have dropped for him though so we'll have to hope Roman isnt as stupid

Heard that interview, it's a shame they couldn't repeat what was sung to rafa so he would get the fucking hint. Just hearing his voice again made me remember how much I hate him. He genuinely doesn't have a clue about anything. The shit he was coming out with, he's so desperate for a job of course he'd be interested but we're not interested in him!

Fair play to brendan he's got the balls to say something like that & I actually agree with him, coming here probably would destroy his career as there's no patience or time to build anything.

Harry's going to England for sure.

Sven's desperate.

Hoddle, I wouldn't be upset with him returning, but he has been out of the game for a Very long time.

This thread will just become a circus with all the shit the media are spouting & we'll probably be at a ridiculous number of pages before our new manager is announced. We'll still got a summer of international football to get through... Sigh.

Seems interesting that Jose wants to come to England after the season has finished and we won't name a new manager until after this season. Also Jose house hunting in London and AVB going from 'The owner backs me' to 'I don't know if the owner backs me' after the Jose rumours. I think deep down that he's relieved to be out if i'm honest. I still think Jose coming back would seem too good to be true but you must admit, everything seems to point to it. Coincidence or what?

I want a manager that cares about the club, or would - as well as having the ability to seek players virtually unknown who are amazing, like AvB's scouting ability. Jose is the man in my first choice, but i think if Roberto does well enough, he could maybe get the job full-time.

Even though it's highly unlikely, Jose might be Spurs boss at the start of next season.

I think most of AvB's first-team signings are well known around Europe. The only relatively unknown player we signed was Romeu.

In terms of scouting ability and man management, wouldn't mind having Moyes at Chelsea. He's always stuck to his budget at Everton, and he has generally pulled off good transfers under 15 million. Think his most expensive signing of recent times was Felliani about 4 years ago.

Think were getting a bit carried away with the result last night , i don't believe RDM is the man to takes us forward. But.. lets see how he fairs in a tougher game. Top 4 is essential for us to get a good manager.

Disagree, this is a team we couldn't even beat at home a few weeks ago, I'll admit our first half performance was the same old shit but whatever happened in that dressing room at half time made a difference. The difference..... RDM.

The best part about Di Mateo is that he has gone through the worst the Premier League has to offer. Relegation threats.

I disagree. The best part is he has complete freedom to do whatever he wants to with the players. He can shatter player power once and for all, they cannot respond at all. He'll lose the job come June anyway, so he can fuck off half the squad and get away scot free.
