Yeah, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy that would say something like that.

It's weird because his English is quite good, isn't it? Some celebrities don't actually control their own twitter pages, so you never know.

His english was very good as I remember it. Really did look like a tweet from his PR person.

Good in Bundesliga but done nothing to suggest we made a mistake letting him go. Doesn't bang them in from 30 yards on regular basics or does Hazard magic. At best he is on par with Willian/Schurrle which we won't need because only a Reus level player would improve our team now.

Concerning the posts about those Down-kids. He was one of the faces of the recent European Summer Special Olympics organised in Belgium this September.

There were posters made of his face as if he had Down-syndrome. It was trying to get more people to come and support those kids. Actually quite a good campaign in my eyes. This all just to make it clear that he didn't put that tweet out in deliberate bad taste. Or he translated it wrong, or he was referring to "Special Olympics Athletes"

Good? He's been the best player in that League outside Bayern and is basically Wolfsburg's entire attack. He's clearly a level above both Schurrle and Willian.

And i'ts not that he got a proper chance also, he played 1,5 PL matches, and was then banned to carling cup.

Anyway, here is the article stating M City is preparing an offer: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/manchester-city-line-up-bid-4847245

he is half english (by his mother) so could he become homegrown when he becomes english citizen (if asked) ?

You don't have to be English to qualify as 'homegrown' but Kevin does not meet the other criteria and so will never be regarded as homegrown under either Premier League or UEFA rules.

Good they should buy him if they got the chance.

I was thinking that eventually some team from the PL would look to buy him.

Was wondering if it would be Liverpool since they like to buy younger players.

We passed him up so any team that wants him they are free to do it.
