Ideally, I'd like to see two of Malouda, Kalou and Anelka leave, with de Bruyne, Modric, Lukaku and Nasri joining. I think that would really improve us, as de Bruyne and Nasri can both operate on the wings. That way we'd have this:

GK - Cech, Hilario, Turnbull

RB - Ferreira, Ivanovic, Bosingwa

CB - Alex, Terry, Luiz, Ivanovic, Oriol

LB - Cole, Bertrand, van Aanholt, Ferreira

CDM - Oriol, Essien, Ramires, Mikel

CM - Essien, Lampard, McEachran, Ramires, Benayoun, Kakuta, Modric, Nasri

LW/RW - either Anelka/Malouda/Kalou, Sturridge, Kakuta, de Bruyne, Nasri

CF - Torres, Drogba, Sturridge, either Kalou or Anelka if they stay, Lukaku

This is feasible as Lukaku will be registered as an U21 player.
