They have that many players where LW is their preferred/best position too: Hazard, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz and Asensio (think hes injured, could be wrong). RW is where they need to improve as they only have Bale (who isnt part of the plan) and Vazquez. Most of the others can play on the right but its just daft to overload their squad with another left winger.

They have that many players where LW is their preferred/best position too: Hazard, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz and Asensio (think hes injured, could be wrong). RW is where they need to improve as they only have Bale (who isnt part of the plan) and Vazquez. Most of the others can play on the right but its just daft to overload their squad with another left winger.

The LA Galaxy made a blockbuster move on Deadline Day, acquiring Boca Juniors winger Cristian Pavon on loan through the remainder of the 2019 season. The move was announced Thursday morning.

The Athletic has reported that it’s a free loan, allowing the 23-year-old’s salary to be bought down with Targeted Allocation Money. LA would have the option to buy or loan Pavon for the 2020 season, when multiple Designated Player spots could open as contract situations loom for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romain Alessandrini.

Pavon has made 11 appearances for Argentina’s national team, most prominently at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. He did not appear in the 2019 Copa America, though he has featured at the 2016 Olympics, 2015 U-20 World Cup and 2013 U-17 World Cup.

Rafinha Alcantara is reportedly close to securing a departure from Barcelona, with Valencia set to seal a deal to bring the Brazilian in on a permanent transfer.

Spanish publication Sport claim that Valencia and Barcelona are working on a deal over the transfer of Rafinha Alcantara. The Brazilian has reportedly been deemed surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp and is close to sealing a permanent move to fellow La Liga side Valencia.

The report says that the two clubs are not too far apart in their valuation of Rafinha, who also wants to complete the move to Valencia. Sport added that Rafinha has, in fact, agreed personal terms with the club, with the deal set to completed now that Barcelona have returned from the United States.
