For 14mio I would take him imediately. We lack of crossing specialist and player that can shot from distance. Him or Reus would be perfect.

either bring back him or Essien, cos we clearly need some depth in midfield + he can also play AM.

considering the current situation I would also bring back Lukaku, provided Rafa, or whoever manager we will have then does play him. But there is a reason he mainly is used as a sub for west Brom, his lack of skills are not as apparent in a period all other players begin to tire, so he still is no one to lead attack but surely could be an impact sub, as he is at WBA.

The players we've got on loan are all getting good playing time. Bringing them back would probably stall their personal development.

Unless we've got a domineering defensive midfielder on loan who I'm forgetting, I don't know if they'll solve many of our issues.
