We were also extremely close to getting Neymar before a year or two before he accepted to join Barca. Somehow I feel like the culture here at Chelsea wouldn't enable them like United and Paris do. Both just doesn't seem to have any mental discipline and in Pogba's case, he has one of the worst/disruptive agents - or rather, the worst agent in the world - in Mino Raiola. Pablo Machin is the man responsible for getting the best out of Sarabia. Last year in he totalled 23 goals and 17 assists in all competitions and was alongside Lionel Messi as LaLiga Santander's best assist maker with 13. Monchi had tried to renew his deal right up until the last day, but he wasn't able to get anything finalised, with Oscar Arias and Joaquin Caparros previously having tried to do the same.
