It seems that the news of the sanction of Real Madrid and Atletico are increasingly being confirmed.

According to "Cadena Ser"; Real Madrid and Atletico de Madrid will be sanctioned by FIFA for his policy of signing young players immediately. This sanction would be the same as that of Barcelona, that is, two Transfer Windows (Summer - January) without doing any signing.

"Cadena Ser" is the most important Radio in Spain, and they are quite reliable in this type of information (they rarely fail). In addition, other radios and newspapers have also confirmed the news, but Real Madrid says it is too early to speak of a sanction.

In Spain it is said that even Danilo could not come this summer. So players like Pogba, Verratti or Reus would be in the market without the danger of Real Madrid.

This can be a great opportunity for us. But it also means it will be harder to sign players like Koke and Isco ...

Regards.

About Real Madrid: Today Real Madrid has made an official communication that says that all the information published about a possible sanction from FIFA against Real Madrid they are totally false and that information only are intended to continue a campaign against Real Madrid and Florentino Perez. In fact, many other media have categorically denied that possible sanction and only speak about Atletico de Madrid. This seems like a fight between means of communication advocates to Real Madrid and Means of communication opponents to Real Madrid.

It is true that there is a campaign by several media against Real Madrid and Florentino Perez. We just wait to see what happens, but Pogba's future may be at stake with this sanction.

Regards.

Don't know how to feel about this if it does happen. I think its probably our only chance to grab Pogba and Reus. I highly doubt Pogba will go to France he would simply waste his career. As for Reus can't see anyone needing him as much as we do except City and maybe PSG which both are below us. Hopefully our board is smart.

They will appeal just like Barcelona did. And while their appeal is being heard, they will sign players in this summer just like Barcelona did. As regards to Pogba this news is bad for us because Real have all the more incentive to complete the signing this window now. It might even make a Hazard transfer come into play if Real go completely nuts.

And so it begins. Looks like they're briefing the media already of their intentions to buy the title back. They're going to spend an unbelievable amount of money this summer.

We must make sure our buys are smart and perfect just like we did last summer.

"buy the title" is what we did exactly this season. Thats the way it goes.

United can afford to spend a lot, the question is if those big players who cost a lot could come to United. Bale would be very hard, and if somehow it happens it would cost De Gea. Cant see Pogba choosing to come back there. Right now it looks like Hummels and Clyne are done deals or going to be, i believe they are waiting with Depay because they want Bale, but they could lose both when Depay would go to Liverpool while they watch Bale staying put.

Depay already played under LvG during the WC of last summer. Fighting for trophies and CL or fighting for top 4 and play in the Europa league, easy decision.

Bale won't be cheap, but I don't think he's happy at Madrid. Think Madrid will sell if they can find another galactico like Reus/Eden (no chance) to replace him.

Depay Rooney Bale

Gundogan Herrera

Carrick

Shaw Hummels Jones Clyne

De Gea

Not too bad.

Writing this line up means nothing, they need to sign all those 5 players first. And i cant see them signing all of them. I especially cant see them signing Depay AND Bale.

And about Depay, all reports are saying Liverpool are ahead, they say United only "following" but nothing formal or serious like what Livepool did so far. Which includes manager and football director talking to him directly and trying to convince him. and according to reports he finds them to be a good place to go to. About Bale, dont think Perez will want to sell him so quickly. Its early days though, we'll see.

Ok back on topic, since I think this thread is to discuss transfers of our team.

I want to discuss about the "likely outs" part.

Cech - think this one is for sure (99%)

Mikel - Zouma has basically replaced him as the lock on the door in the final minutes and the backup for Matic. Think he will leave, with his final EPL medal (90%)

Drogba - to go to the MLS league or to become our 4th striker player/coach? He confirmed he will play on after this season, at Chelsea or not. (70%)

Remy - great back up, but struggled with injuries over the season and especially when Diego was injured, he was too. Can see the club selling him if a good bid comes in and buying a real rival for Diego. (50%)

Filipe Luis - win trophies and stay or go away and play? As long JT is our starter, I can imagine Mou won't drop Azpi at LB. Those two have builded an understanding which is vital for our defense. So it would just be repeat of this season for him, unfortunately, as I am a big fan of him. Going back to Atletico as a deal for Koke? (50%)

Oscar - I think he has a lot of value on the transfer market, the #10 of Brazil and Chelsea, 23 years old and not bad looking. If a "Luiz bid" comes in I can see Mourinho considering selling him, since he doesn't trust Oscar in big away games, and Oscar failed 3 seasons in a row at the last part of the season. (40%)

Ramires - "my ramires is back" normally I don't think Mourinho will sell him as he loves Ramires. But if Ramires is pushing for a move himself due the lack of first team appearances, I can see the club selling him for 15-20M (30%)

Other than the above mentioned, I can't see anyone leaving. Maybe a loan for some youngsters. What you guys think?

stroey that sounds about right.

I think our urgent needs are a striker, once again. Like I said, Man City will more than likely be doing a complete overhaul and fire sale, hence a proven, yet more than likely cheap option in Dzeko will be available IMO. If Costa goes down for a while, he is good enough to come in and score goals, and lead the line. Plus he won't hit our off season spending too much.

Someone to pair with Matic is obviously where a decent chunk of our money will be going by the consensus. That and a CB for the future.

Another winger will be wanted, but how much so considering we've got a few options there? We need to wait a little and see if Cuadrado works out, and Willian is breaking into stride nicely now, although he is much better in the middle, and if we get someone to pair with Matic, then Cesc will be playing there.

The main priority for me is a partner for Matic and a striker that we can use if Costa isn't available. We can't have the likes of a Drogba who is 37 leading us for a large chunk.

The way Costa hamstring condition, Drogba looks like will be released and Remy cursed 'to have an injury when Costa injured' thing. Think we will sign an experienced 3rd choice striker for next season.

I would have thought Drogba will not leave, but will probably move back a step to 4th choice, and start moving into coaching. No idea who we'll get for 3rd though. If Bamford's up for it (which Juan reckons he isn't) sure. Otherwise I can imagine it being a 30+ guy for us.

Maybe Branislav might have a crack at it :D:P

From the first team I really think that Cahill departure is likely. We'll most probably (and to be honest we have to) buy new CB. Then you have JT, Zouma, *new CB* and Iva for a cover. Mourinho already showed that he can drop Cahill. He's one of the main reasons that holds us back in our play.

And to add to the fact that contract talks are dead for year now, I don't see Cahill being here long-term. Unless he wants to be 4th choice CB.

Sorry, but no. Yes he hasn't got much pace but if you're looking at it purely on that level Terry is our weak link. Obviously in practice that's not the case but if you think we're going to sell the first choice England CB while his partner will be retiring in 1 or 2 seasons' time then you're lying to yourself.

Ideally soon we get a pacier RB so Iva moves to CB as backup (when Terry retires) or an LB so Azpi can move back (this will probably be end of next season), as yes having such a slow back line is crippling for our style of football. However Azpi Iva/Cahill Zouma (new LB) would be just fine. Cahill is a good defender, and when he gets stranded on the right while Iva is still on the pitch he does fantastically, and makes so many important blocks/clearances
