The Chelsea TV freeview evening culminates with Big Match Countdown at 6pm as we build up to the weekend's game against West Ham with the latest news, press conference coverage, exclusive player interviews and more. Our special guests in the studio on the night will be the former Chelsea centre-back pairing John Dempsey and David Webb who were the backbone of a Chelsea side that won both the 1970 FA Cup and 1971 Cup Winners Cup. Chelsea fans will also have the chance to have their say as we open up the phone lines and take your calls. Watch the best of Chelsea TV next week for free on Sky Channel 421!
