White Socks or Blue?

No way white socks are part of our identity, unique to us as nobody else wears blue shirt, blue shorts, white socks as their traditional colours.

I prefer the white socks. With the blue socks, there's too much blue, and it isn't esthetic to my eyes.

Wrong. It ain't depend of the kit. Counterexample :

Actually, socks are a part of the kit just as the short or the shirt. Hence, as your shirt and short have to be in a different color that the other team shirt and short, socks also have to. Thus when our opponents wear white socks (or a light color) we wear the blue socks, and when our opponents wear blue socks we wear white socks. That's that.
