Exactly ... Imagine BVB's future if they could manage to keep him and Subotic together for a decade or so. But I'm afraid that as soon as they have a bad season, the vultures will start circling over those two. Can see him returning to Bayern if it happens.

Haha fine by me mate :D

Do you reckon BVB can manage to hold on to him for more than 2 Years?. I'm still surprised he hasn't been linked with some big European club's yet this summer.

Don't see the link?

Don't get me wrong, not saying Mata is better than Silva.

Just thinking, in the area of the pitch we could most do with is Aguero playing just off Tevez. He's a creator and a scorer.

Mata is creative and can spot the runs of the forwards and if he was played in a no.10 role, he'd carry it out very well. I'm not suggesting we're going to even play Mata in that role, but would we, then I'd want Aguero to play in front of him with Torres.

Definitely. I can't wait to see him and Gotze in the UCl this season. The german National team scares me to death tbh lol. Similar to Belgian and Spanish NT. . . Too many talent to choose from

Spain is the new Brazil, how can you have so much talent to choose from . Our new guy Mata is like third choice for the LM spot.

I can see Madrid going in for Hummels next summer. Bundesliga has become their happy hunting ground over the last two summers, Strong German contingent there with Ozil, Khedira, Altintop and Sahin.

I'd be surprised if Mata becomes our number 10 as we would still be too weak out wide.

It's probably because BVB won the league. If they don't follow it up with continued success it's only a matter of time before players of his quality get disillusioned. And Bayern could always play the 'come on home, old boy' card seeing as he graduated form their academy.

I bet Bayern are regretting the decision to release him big time now as they have such a poor defence. I just hope the Chelsea Board don't suffer the same fate as Bayern in the future given the alarming rate at which we are disposing our academy product.

Im just pleased you arent advising Roman

Lol. Why not say Ferguson is insane ?

He only plays against decent opposition when Utd want to shut up shop and play on the counter.

Nah. It is the contrary actually. Park doesn't play against decent/poor teams. But always plays against good teams. His name is the first name to be right down the lineup sheet by Ferguson when it comes to battle against very good team. Why ? Because Ferguson knows he can lie his confidence in him.

That's how I see the thing, at least..

Ji Sung Park. Been a massive fan of him ever since his PSV days under Hiddink. Fantastic commitment and energy, great temperament. Can always count on him to deliver in a big game. Versatile as well, playing anywhere across midfield and the flanks. Chips in with a fair few goals and assists as well while always staying disciplined positionally and never ignoring his defensive duties. Great commercial value too, look how much Utd have benefited in the Asian market.

The quintessential team player.

I agree with you, and so does the greatest manager in world football.

Personally, I'd take Gareth Bale because of his versatility and because he is exciting to watch.

Cech

Bosingwa - Ivanovic - Terry - Cole

Mikel

Ramires - Lampard

Mata - Torres - Bale
