When we played easy opponents he hardly gave a chance to youth.

I know what you mean, people will be totally different if the scorelines big and actually think we are good enough, not many people on this forum but the Board i think is one of them, i think that will be one huge positive if we lose this next match or draw, that the board just might be able to open there eyes a bit more, not just spending but giving other players a chance. We have a bad reputation with youth, a lot of people think Lukaku will be gone in a few years on free transfer it's that bad... most of all though McEachran on that bench in a concecutive 3 games is criminal, with the way we've been playing too, why not try something different out?...

The issue isn't only the two of them together (they play differently but are both central strikers at the end of the day and will want the same areas of the pitch), it's that uninspiring midfield. Good players but they've been hopeless in linking the defense to the front line so far. So instead of Torres not getting any service, now it'll be Drogba and Torres.

Have a feeling it'll be Torres running back to play creative midfielder and winger again. Then he'll get slated for not being in the box. If he stays in the box, then it's oh we have a 50M statue...
