He went on one season loan to Vitesse

So...Rajkovic off, Kalas out on loan, Alex angling for Juventus move, Pappoe injured, Magnay needs PL registering. Step in Chalobah.

From Twitter.

I really like this, although if Alex is sold to Juventus, i think AVB will try to buy a cb.

Do you watch it? Or do you know enough about him to describe his abilities?

When I have time and when I find a stream I watch the games, yes. But as I have limited free time I mostly have to rely on what I find on the internet. What would you like to know about him? Maybe I can try to give you a decent appraisal.

More or less, if he's got enough potential to one day break through. What's his best position too?

Youngsters Tomas Kalas and Patrick van Aanholt have today completed their loan deals returning them to Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem for the duration of the 2012/13 campaign.

Both players were temporarily with the Eredivisie side last term. Czech Under 21 international Kalas 19, made 29 league appearances over the course of the season, while Dutchman Van Aanholt, 21, scored once in nine games having also spent time with Wigan Athletic during late 2011.

Before departing for Holland, Kalas also signed a contract extension with Chelsea committing him to the club until the summer of 2017.

I would've rather seen Kalas go to a better/more challenging league. Seems a waste sending him to Vitesse, he has excelled himself there, he needs a new challenge.

Just now it is still right place for him. Next year he will be playing in premierleague for Watfrod under mighty Gianfranco Zola.
