Let's be honest, signings are always imminent until a transfer window is closed, unless someone comes out at the beginning of the January transfer window and says there won't be any action. I'm willing to bet the blockbuster moves happen on deadline day.

Maybe Gourlay is trolling with the fans. whistling.gif

if romeu will sign after colombia it certainly wont be in the next ten days. the competition hasnt started yet ant it finishes on the 20th of aug. so most likely romeu wont be one or them

Pastore and Parker are my bets.

Do you reckon?, Palermo won't sell pastore at all, and isnt his price 80 million now or something?. And do we need another defensive midfielder?, maybe one for essien yes for creativity wise, but Parker isn't really the most creative midfielder.

Pastore will be £40million

However I think Alex is right on that him. Villas-Boas must know we need a creative midfield player, a playmaker. Since there are hardly any quality ones on the market at the moment, and with Spurs being quite reluctant to sell Modric, it looks likely.

Oh, my friend told me who's a Canadian Inter Milan supporter, who pretty much loves Serie A that they put his price tag up to 80-100 million about a week ago.

Nah, Zamparini is a bit crazy, but he's not that mad. He realises there's money to be made at £40million, serious money. But no-one will pay the amount Ronaldo cost.

I think that could of been Edinson Cavani of Napoli, they put a €100 mil price on him I believe
